Case study: Spreadsheets are out | Offerwell is in
Offerwell, servicing Realtors throughout the State of Florida, New York, and Ohio. The rest of the country coming soon! Here's what one of our recent customers had to say about their most recent Offerwell experience.
Dispositions manager, Buffalo Brick and Mortar
“Offerwell saves a lot of time, and it makes it really easy to see which offers are the best.”
Who is Andrew Pietrantoni?
Andrew Pietrantoni specializes in listings for real estate investors, which means his clients have a higher set of expectations than your typical homebuyer.
To meet these expectations, Pietrantoni used to create a spreadsheet of all the offers on a listing and then present them to his client. This was a headache – sometimes there are 20 legitimate offers on a property, all coming through via email. He then had to pull out the relevant data points from each offer and plug them into an Excel doc.
The administrative drudgery went away when Pietrantoni started using Offerwell, a technology startup that creates transparent, value-based relationships between homebuyers/sellers and real estate agents. Offerwell uses automation and AI tools to make it easy for agents to:
- Create and post their own listings
- Collect and present offers
- Do market research which can be shared with clients
Most real estate agents are essentially managing a small business by text and email. Offerwell brings that work onto its cutting-edge platform, giving agents the tools they need to compete in today’s changing landscape.
Pietrantoni, who works in Buffalo for Prestige Family Realty and Buffalo Brick and Mortar, started using Offerwell in March. He’s since sold eight homes through the platform, and plans to continue using the platform.
Instead of manually creating that spreadsheet, the offers are submitted to Offerwell and the list is generated automatically.
“Offerwell saves a lot of time, and it makes it really easy to see which offer is the best,” Pietrantoni said.
Offerwell's Mission:
"Offerwell is transforming the real estate industry by securely leveraging accessible data to automate time-consuming and repeatable processes, providing accurate analytics and insights, and instilling the power of human-centric innovation."
Thank you for your feedback, Andrew!
