Who’s Beth?

A former pharmaceutical sales rep who found her passion in real estate and became one of the top agents in Western New York. Beth started her own brokerage, Envision Real Estate, in 2018 and now employs 21 full-time agents who are known as the Navy Seals of Buffalo real estate, specializing in luxury homes but with the ability to handle everything. Beth is consistently ranked as a top agent in WNY by sales volume.

Where is the pain point?

As someone who is the listing agent for both residential and commercial clients, Beth is often selling multiple properties at the same time, which can mean dozens of offers coming in at the same time. In the current procedural standard, all of those offers come into an email, and the agent has to stop what she's doing, download and read them through, scrub them for relevant information and then present the offers to the client. This creates a tremendous pile of administrative work with inherent risk that emails with offers get lost in the shuffle.
