One of the most desirable features of Offerwell per our existing Realtor user base is the email forwarding offer feature.

The Background:

Listing agents streamline their MLS listings on Offerwell to seamlessly receive offers. By utilizing their custom Offer Dashboards, Realtors can effortlessly construct offer spreadsheets, eliminating the tedious process of downloading contracts, reading through them, and manually inputting 15-20 different offer terms per offer. This innovative feature not only saves Realtors valuable time but also enhances efficiency. Upon setting up the listing on Offerwell, Realtors promptly return to the MLS to include a directive in their private remarks, requesting buyers agents to submit offers through Offerwell by providing the designated link www.offerwell.com/123Main. This strategic approach drives traffic to the Offerwell listing detail page, ensuring a smoother and more organized offer submission process.

By utilizing this feature, buyers' agents gain access to additional information about the listing, such as the number of offers received, if the listing agent chooses to share this data. With Offerwell, rest assured that the identity of the other buyer's agents and the offer terms remain confidential, showcasing a level of transparency that meets the expectations of both agents and consumers. Furthermore, when submitting offers through Offerwell, buyers' agents receive notifications when their offer is placed, viewed by the listing agent, and even seen by the seller if the dashboard is shared. The Problem:

Through customer discovery with buyers' agents, it became evident that the reluctance to use Offerwell stemmed from overlooking the private remarks and defaulting to the traditional method of sending offers via email. This discrepancy resulted in listing agents juggling between Offerwell and email, grappling with manual spreadsheet creation along with an influx of inquiries from buyers' agents that makes things daunting. The constant back-and-forth left agents in a state of uncertainty, prompting the need for a streamlined solution.

The Solution:

By simply forwarding received offers from your email to offers@offerwell.com, listing agents can now effortlessly streamline 100% of their offers into their offer dashboards, eliminating the need for buyers' agents to submit directly on the platform. To enhance this feature, Offerwell implemented restrictions to block any email addresses other than the listing agent's from forwarding offers into their dashboards. However, a new challenge arose as Realtors often use multiple emails for their work, especially in real estate team settings where administrators and coordinators are involved, adding complexity to the process. This issue needed a prompt resolution to ensure seamless operations for the Realtor user base.
